For standard custom inflatable modules or standalone LED bungee units, manufacturing takes approximately 15–25 business days after CAD drawing sign-off. For comprehensive commercial trampoline arenas or mega-sized turnkey inflatable parks (1,500–5,000+ m²), manufacturing requires 30–45 business days to ensure exhaustive 24-hour test inflations and structural load cell trials prior to container packaging.
